Basic introduction

  Service certification is a kind of conformity assessment activity for the management of service providers and whether the service level meets the requirements of relevant standards. Service certification is a new certification system based on customer perception, focusing on organization quality management and satisfaction of service characteristics. It is an important part of national quality infrastructure (NQI). It plays an active role in improving the proportion of quality service supply and enhancing the international competitiveness of China's service.

  Machining refers to the process of changing the overall dimension or performance of the workpiece through mechanical equipment. According to the difference in processing methods, it can be divided into cutting and pressure machining. Machining service refers to the process of changing the build and performance of workpieces through mechanical equipment according to the machining requirements proposed by customers, and deliver the qualified workpieces to customers.

  In view of the various activities and processes in the mechanical service, corresponding systems and norms are formulated for internal control.The evaluation of machining service should be continuous. After the evaluation results are obtained, the surveillance and evaluation (including the supervision of customers and the third party) should be carried out at least annually, and at least once every three years to achieve the purpose of maintenance and improvement.

  When evaluating the machining service according to this standard, the full score is 150. Management and evaluation are carried out through internal management, information collection and processing, design and scheme determination, machining, delivery and after-sales service, supervision and improvement.

  Machining service certification is divided into one star, two-star, three-star, four-star, five-star certification, and five-star is the highest level of certification.

  In the process of service system establishment, through investigation, consultation, evaluation and other activities, we can find out the deficiencies in service activities and improve space for improvement to establish a perfect service system, and improve the quality and level of service.
