Basic introduction

  Service certification is a kind of conformity assessment activity for the management of service providers and whether the service level meets the requirements of relevant standards. Service certification is a new certification system based on customer perception, focusing on organization quality management and satisfaction level of service characteristics. It is an important part of national quality infrastructure (NQI). It plays an active role in improving the proportion of quality service supply and enhancing the international competitiveness of China's service.

  System integration is the abbreviation of information system integration and computer system integration. Through the structured generic cabling system and computer network technology, the separated equipment (such as personal computer), functions and information are integrated into the interrelated, unified and coordinated system, so that resources can be fully shared and centralized, and efficient and convenient management can be realized.

  System integration service refers to the process of meeting customer requirements (mainly functional requirements) through scheme design, component (subsystem) procurement, integration (including engineering construction), commissioning, maintenance and other activities.

  When evaluating the system integration service according to the standard, the full score is 150. The implementation of the evaluation index is supervised and improved through internal management, information collection and processing, design and scheme determination, system integration process implementation, system delivery and maintenance and warranty service.
