Basic introduction

　　Service certification is a kind of conformity assessment activity for the management of service providers and whether the service level meets the requirements of relevant standards. Service certification is a new certification system based on customer perception, focusing on organization quality management and satisfaction of service characteristics. It is an important part of national quality infrastructure (NQI). It plays an active role in improving the proportion of quality service supply and enhancing the international competitiveness of China's service.

　　Cleaning service certification specifies the classification, basic requirements, service preparation, service provision, service management, service evaluation and improvement. It is suitable for buildings, structures, facilities and public places, vehicles (such as cars, ships, etc.),  water plants and water quality cleaning in lakes and rivers, but not for home cleaning.

Classification of cleaning services:

　　1.Indoor sanitation and cleaning services: indoor sanitation and cleaning services generally include floor cleaning, facade cleaning, decoration, furniture and facilities cleaning, toilet cleaning and routine.

　　2.Outdoor sanitation and cleaning services: the outdoor sanitation and cleaning services generally include cleaning of hardened pavement and parking lot, cleaning of green space and green belt, cleaning of external facilities, cleaning of water surface (pool).

　　3.Special sanitation and cleaning services: special sanitation and cleaning services generally include aerial cleaning operation, whole system cleaning of central air-conditioning in public centers, kitchen oil fume system cleaning, stone cleaning and maintenance services, object surface waxing and maintenance, carpet, sofa, cloth and other fabric surface cleaning and maintenance, vector biological control, indoor air treatment, first cleaning, car beauty cleaning, pet decontamination, boiler cleaning and maintenance, pipeline dredging cleaning, property cleaning trusteeship, and municipal cleaning.

　　4.Sanitation and cleaning services in special places: the sanitation and cleaning services for special places generally include cleaning of hospitals and medical institutions, cleaning of food processing places, cleaning of pharmaceutical places, cleaning of other places involving personal health.

　　The full score of cleaning service certification evaluation is 150 points. The cleaning service certification is divided into one star, two-star, three-star, four-star and five-star, and five-star is the highest level.
