Regarding: Information about HXC Terminate the FSC/COC Outsourcing Agreement with RR

华信创与RR关于终止FSC COC分包协议的通知

Dear FSC COC Certificate Holder,

尊敬的 FSC COC 证书持有者：

We sincerely apologize to inform you that due to business considerations, HXC and RR terminated the subcontracting agreement for the FSC COC program on May 18, 2026. As of that date, HXC will no longer conduct in any FSC COC audit activities under RR’s accreditation.

我们抱歉的通知您，由于商业原因的考虑，华信创与RR已于2026年 5 月 18 日终止了FSC COC 项目的分包协议。自该日起，华信创将不再参与任何RR认可范围内的 FSC COC 审核活动。

Therefore, HXC hereby solemnly informs you: For certificate holders who need to do surveillance audit by the end of 2026, they must follow the FSC certificate transfer procedure to search other ASI accredited FSC certification body in order to maintain validity of their certificates

因此，华信创郑重的通知您：对于2026年底前需要接受监督审核的证书持有者，他们须按照 FSC 证书转换程序来寻找其他获得 ASI 认可的FSC认证机构，以保持其证书的持续有效。
