Basic introduction

　　T / CRRA 1301-2018 "Requirements for electrical and electronic products responsible recycling management" formulated by China National Resource Recycling Association is a  standard system for further improving the recycling related work of waste electrical and electronic products in China, with comprehensive consideration of the requirements of resource recycling efficiency, environmental protection and management,  covering the entire industrial chain of waste electrical and electronic products recycling (including collection, storage and transportation, disassembly, treatment, disposal, recycling and reuse). It is a group standard suitable for China's basic national conditions, and being connected to the international community. The international standards are not only in line with the requirements of China's extended producer responsibility system, but also conducive to the establishment of industry confidence and the sustainable development of waste electrical and electronic products recycling industry.

Standard features

　　This standard is applicable to all organizations of electrical and electronic products responsible cycle which mainly defines the scope of requirements and specifies the requirements for environment, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation and improvement of electrical and electronic products responsible cycle management system.

　　Risks and opportunities should be considered when setting responsible cycle target, and corresponding countermeasures should be formulated to achieve the goal, including responsible management of electrical and electronic products, management of downstream risk materials, site closure, etc. The organization should also consider the basic requirements of the whole industrial chain in the operation process, including the general principles of operation, recyclable design of electrical and electronic products, recycling, transportation, handling, storage, data destruction, reuse, green disassembly, high-risk material control, terminal disposal, material recycling, quality requirements, identification and traceability of recycled products, as well as coping with potential risks measures required to respond to an emergency.
