In order to help industrial enterprises actively apply life cycle thinking, effective management and control should be carried out in each stage of resource regeneration, such as to recycling, sorting, transportation, dismantling, processing, recycling, waste treatment and disposal, so as to realize the comprehensive improvement of resource recovery, environmental protection, safety and health, and the quality of renewable products, and actively integrate into the circular economy industrial chain and green manufacturing system, and assist the original product manufacturing enterprises to fulfill the extended obligations of producer responsibility.The purpose of this standard is to provide an organization with a framework for green regeneration management.It enables the organization to achieve the expected results set for the Green Recycling management System by specifying the requirements of the Green Recycling management System.
As a quality upgrading project approved by CNCA, green recycling management system certification is jointly applied and approved by Beijing ZZLH Inspection and Certification Ltd., China National Resource Recycling Association, SGS and other organizations. Two group standards, /CRRA 0301—2017 “Green Recycled Plastic—Chain of Custody- Requirements” and T/CRRA 0102-2017 “Requirements for Green Recycling Management System”, are specially formulated. With the support of hina National Resource Recycling Association, the current group standard has been released and recognized by JD and other organization, and actively supports the introduction of the standard.
The standard T/CRRA 0102-2017 “Requirements for Green Recycling Management System” specifies the requirements of Green Recycling Management System, aiming to help organizations improve their green regeneration performance. This standard is applicable to resource recycling organizations to improve management level in a systematic way.
(1) From the perspective of life cycle, the "green impact" realization is comprehensively, scientifically, objectively and fairly evaluated to show the "green recycling performance";
(2) The management system requirements of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, hazardous substance limitation, energy saving and low carbon are combined with R2 / RIOS and other management system requirements, highlighting the special requirements of the industry;
(3) It adopts "process method", "PDCA" cycle methodology, "risk thinking" method and life cycle thinking;
(4) Add industry specific requirements such as hierarchical regeneration strategy, quality assurance, customer information protection, data destruction, material full life cycle traceability, all material flow statistics, high-risk material handling, storage environment health requirements, transportation environment health requirements, security requirements, insurance and financial assurance; identification and traceability; security; insurance, closure plan and financial liability;
(5) It reflects the innovative requirements closely related to the operation of the industry, such as the acquisition and implementation of disassembly information, material category identification, green attribute information identification and transmission, non-toxic and harmless, and puts forward the concepts of "green factor", "green impact" and "green attribute", and integrates the concept of life cycle into the standard requirements.

(2) With the increase of government support for resource reuse enterprises, the possibility of obtaining government funding after certification can be greatly improved;
